Owners Row

Terms & Conditions

Effective 19 August 2026 · Last revised 19 August 2026

Owners Row gives a private party selling their own vehicle the paperwork and the printed material to do it properly. We are not a dealer, a broker, or a party to your sale. This page says exactly what we do and what we do not.

1. Who you are dealing with

Owners Row is a business operated from Abita Springs, Louisiana, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Owners Row" mean that business. "You" means the person using the service.

2. What the service actually is

Owners Row is an online service you access over the internet. You enter the details of your vehicle and your sale once, and our software — which stays on our systems and is never delivered to you — produces completed documents, a window sticker, signage, a listing page and your state's published answers.

You are paying for the filling-in, the keeping and the coming back — not for the documents themselves. The blank paperwork is free. Anyone can download every sheet, blank, without paying us anything and without an account. That offer is not a promotion and we do not withdraw it.

3. What you get, by tier

One purchase covers one listing. Selling a second vehicle is a second purchase. Your saved details make the second one faster; they do not make it free.

4. What we do not do — read this part

We do not sell, own, broker, inspect, verify or warrant any vehicle, and we are not a party to any sale between a seller and a buyer. Everything printed on a sheet or shown on a listing page is supplied by the vehicle's owner and has not been checked by us.

Specifically, and without limiting the above:

5. What you are promising us

By using the service you confirm that:

Selling vehicles often enough can make you a dealer in the eyes of your state, whether or not you intended it. Thresholds vary — Louisiana and the Federal Trade Commission both set one. If you are selling several vehicles a year, find out where your state draws the line before you rely on anything here.

6. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated, collected and remitted by Paddle.

We never see or hold your card details. Payment happens on Paddle's hosted checkout, not on our page.

Refunds are covered separately on our Refund Policy page.

7. Your access link

After purchase you receive a private link to your listing. There is no account and no password — the link is how you get back in, so treat it the way you would treat a key.

If you lose it, we can send it again — but only to the contact details already on the listing. We cannot send it to a new address or a new phone number on request, and we will not make an exception. That rule exists to stop somebody taking over your listing and redirecting your buyers' calls.

8. Your content

What you enter stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to produce and host the material you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to advertise anything. See the Privacy Policy.

We may remove a listing that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that we reasonably believe is not what it claims to be.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Print what matters to you and keep the paper. The signed paper is the record of your sale, not our database — which is how we designed it.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that listing.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including a sale that did not happen, a price you did not get, a dispute with a buyer, or a penalty imposed on you by a state agency.

Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be removed by agreement.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page changes when we do. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published when you bought.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, and the courts of Louisiana have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Contact

Write to support@itnola.com. For anything about a payment, a receipt or a refund, Paddle handles it as Merchant of Record and you can also reach them at paddle.net.
